Because we want to use as little paper as possible, we do not include return forms. If you still want to return it, add the invoice in the box to the shipment and send it to the address stated on the invoice:

If you no longer have the invoice, add the confirmation of the order with your name, order number and reason for return. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or refund and why you are returning the item so that we can improve our service in the future.

If you are returning goods from outside of Europe, make sure that the package and all accompanying papers are clearly marked as 'returned goods'. This prevents your package from being detained by customs and from creating import duties, which we do not pay, and can result in the package being returned to you.

If you have received an item as a gift and are returning it to us, do not forget to mention the name of the buyer and the order number. Refunds for items purchased as gifts can only be given to the original payer. If you exchange an item, we cannot prevent the payer from being notified.

The shipping costs for returning goods are your responsibility. Please keep your shipping documentation and tracking number until the refund is processed.

We always try to handle returns as soon as they arrive. However, keep in mind that during very busy periods it can take up to 10 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
